Everything is gone!!!

I really loved this game bc it helped me so much when I had a fibromyalgia flare up. I just made it level 12, and when it became unlocked levels one thru eleven got erased like just gone! Im not starting all over. Please fix the issue and restore my progress. I know that wont happen. So disappointed I wanted cry when I saw all my progress just disappeared!! Not happy at all.
